Like the friar of Pietrelcina, this coffee is bold on the surface and gentle at the finish: our signature coffee taken to a true dark roast (Agtron 35), with chocolate, a full body and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Like life in faith, a little bitter at first, sweet in the end.
